I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the resort's grounds are beautiful and the pool is fantastic, there were several issues that made my experience less than ideal. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist with our needs, but the room we had was outdated and not very clean. The dining options were generally good but didn’t live up to expectations in every aspect. Overall, it has great potential, but improvements are needed in several areas.
